地方应用型普通本科高校的新型药学人才培养模式探索

摘要

药学是连接生命健康和制药科学的重要桥梁纽带，药学事业直接关系着人民生命健康和经济社会发展，如何培养药学拔尖创新人才对于推动药学事业的发展尤为关键。地方应用型普通本科高校是我国高等教育的主体和中坚力量，与高水平研究型“211”“985”“双一流”高校相比，无论在师资力量、教育资源还是平台建设等方面均存在很大的劣势，如何结合地方特色，充分利用地域优势，取长补短是一个值得思考和探究的问题。因此，探索地方应用型普通本科高校的新型药学人才培养模式对于培养药学拔尖创新人才具有重要意义。

Abstract

Pharmacy serves as an important bridge between life health and pharmaceutical sciences, directly impacting public health and the economic and social development of the nation. How to cultivate top-tier innovative talents in pharmacy is crucial for the development of the pharmaceutical industry. Local applied colleges are the backbone of higher education in China. Compared with high-level research universities such as "211", "985", and "Double First-class", they have significant disadvantages in terms of faculty strength, educational resources, and platform construction. The challenge is how to combine local characteristics with regional advantages to enhance strengths and compensate for weaknesses. Therefore, exploring a new model for training pharmaceutical talents in local applied undergraduate universities is of great significance.
