摘要

药用活性成分的体外筛选是面向沈阳药科大学本科生开设的课程。通过课程的学习使学生掌握活性筛选的基础理论、基本知识和基本方法,深入了解活性筛选在新药研发过程中的应用,培养学生在以后药学学习和工作中严谨的科学态度和精益求精的学习作风。课程秉承“学生中心、研学融合、持续改进”的教学理念,创新教学模式,实现知识传授向能力培养的转化。通过构建“每课一问引导—理论学习—实用道具、视频和漫画加深理解—小组合作录制相关视频”的层次化教学模式,实现知识、能力和素质的有机融合,培养学生的创新性思维和团队协作能力。教学过程结合超星学习通等网络平台,重塑课程教学模式并构建全新的课程考核方式,进一步提升了教学质量,具有很大的推广价值。

Abstract

In vitro screening of medicinal active ingredients is a course for undergraduates of Shenyang Pharmaceutical University. Through the study of the course, students can master the basic theories, knowledge and methods of active screening, deeply understand the application of active screening in the process of drug research and development so as to cultivate their rigorous scientific attitude and a meticulous learning style for their future studies and careers in pharmacy. The course adheres to the teaching philosophy of “student-centered, research-study integration, and continuous improvement”, and innovates the teaching model to shift from knowledge transfer to competency development. By constructing a hierarchical teaching mode of “asking questions in each class-theoretical learning-deepening understanding with practical tools, videos and cartoons- recording related videos with group cooperation”, the organic integration of knowledge, ability and quality is realized, and the innovative thinking and teamwork ability of students are cultivated. The teaching process, combined with online platforms such as Chaoxing Xuexi Tong, reshapes the course’s teaching model, builds a new course assessment system, further improves the teaching quality and offers significant potential for widespread implementation.
