课程思政在新食品原料与特殊营养食品课程中的教学探索

Exploration of ideological and political education in the teaching of new food materials and special nutritional food

摘要

课程思政是目前高校对大学生进行思想政治教育的重要手段和途径。新食品原料与特殊营养食品蕴含着丰富的思政元素，是开展思政教学的良好载体。本研究通过对思政元素库的挖掘、建设和实施等途径，全方位地将课程思政融入新食品原料与特殊营养食品教学的全过程，以达到课程思政教学的预期效果。

Abstract

At present, ideological and political education is an essential approach in universities to cultivate students’ ideological and moral development. New food materials and food for special medical purposes contains rich ideological and political elements, making it an effective carrier for ideological and political education. This study explores methods for incorporating ideological and political education into the course through the identification, construction, and implementation of an ideological and political education element database. The goal is to fully integrate it into the teaching process and achieve the expected educational outcomes.
