the continuous advancement of the "Double High Plan"(Building
plan for high level vocational colleges with Chinese characteristics), it is
essential to integrate laboratory management throughout the entire teaching
process to improve efficiency. The core characteristics of
high-level vocational colleges are reflected in their ability to cultivate
highly skilled professionals and enhance students' competencies. This study
proposes a comprehensive, multi-dimensional management application model by
incorporating laboratory management into the entire teaching process of the pharmacy
intravenous admixture technology course. The approach integrates multiple
experimental outcomes, effectively reducing costs while enhancing students’
professional skills and internal motivation for career development. This
innovative laboratory management model serves as a reference for the reform and
optimization of laboratory management under the "Double High Plan" in vocational colleges.
