With
the accelerating process of economic globalization, the country is placing
greater emphasis on cultivating innovative talents, which depends not only on
quality university faculty but also on advanced teaching concepts. Integration
of research and teaching has now become a crucial approach in higher education.
In recent years, young teachers have become a growing proportion and the main
force for cultivating talents and conducting scientific research. However, in
colleges and universities, especially in pharmacy colleges valuing practical
ability, young teachers have encountered challenges such as weak teaching
ability and limited practical experience in promoting the integration of research
and teaching. Some pharmacy colleges have taken corresponding measures to solve
these problems, such as young teacher mentor system, teaching skill
competitions, strengthening the cooperation between pharmaceutical companies
and colleges, and opening laboratories to undergraduates.
