摘要
食品营养学关注营养与人体生长发育及健康的关系,将课程思政融入教学意义重大,关乎人民健康福祉,与习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想紧密相关。教学方法方面通过结合历史文化、立足专业知识、关注社会需求和鼓励创新思维等途径,分别渗透民族精神、强化职业道德、培养责任意识和提升科学素养。本文从思政元素挖掘和教学方法改进等方面进行了思政教学改革探索并进行实践,旨在提升学生民族自豪感、职业道德、科学精神等多维度素养,为培养高素质食品专业人才助力。
Abstract
Food nutrition focuses on the relationship between
nutrition, human growth, development, and health. Integrating ideological and
political education into this course is of great significance and is closely
related to people's health and well-being, as well as Xi Jinping Thought on
Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. By combining historical
and cultural elements, focusing on professional knowledge, paying attention to
social needs, and encouraging innovative thinking, we aim to infuse national
spirit, strengthen professional ethics, cultivate a sense of responsibility,
and enhance scientific literacy. This article explores and practices the reform
of ideological and political education from the aspects of exploring
ideological and political elements and improving teaching methods, aiming to
enhance students' multidimensional literacy such as national pride,
professional ethics, and scientific spirit, and to help cultivate high-quality
food professionals.
