党建引领聚合力 师生携手促成长

摘要

通过强化政治引领、筑牢制度化管理、激发创新型支部活力、建设创新性师生平台、深化学思践悟以及践行主题化发展，该工作法在提升党建工作质量、增强师生凝聚力和归属感、促进学校和谐发展等方面取得了显著成效。研究结果表明，该党建工作法能够有效提升师生的综合素质，为学校的发展注入强大动力。未来，学院将继续深化这一工作法，不断推动党建工作取得新的成绩。

Abstract

By strengthening political guidance, solidifying systematic management, stimulating innovative the vitality of Party branches, building innovative teacher-student platforms, deepening theoretical learning and practice, and implementing thematic development, this working method has achieved significant results in improving the quality of Party building, enhancing the cohesion and a sense of belonging among teachers and students, and promoting the harmonious development of the university. The findings show that this Party building method can effectively improve the comprehensive competence of teachers and students, injecting strong momentum into the development of the university. In the future, the college will continue to deepen this working method and strive for new achievements in Party building.
