摘要

全面推进研究生“课程思政”建设是新时代高校落实立德树人根本任务的战略举措。当前研究生“课程思政”建设面临诸多问题,主要有认知性问题、结构性问题和系统性问题三类。要构建实施以“角色-认知”为底层逻辑的教师主体提升机制,以“结构-功能”为底层逻辑的培养体系提升机制,以“情景-协调”为底层逻辑的制度保障提升机制,解决这些问题,对于推动研究生课程思政建设内涵式发展具有重要意义。

Abstract

Comprehensively promoting the "ideological and political education" for postgraduate students is a strategic measure for universities to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education in the new era. At present, the construction of " ideological and political education" for postgraduate students faces three major challenges— cognitive, structural, and systemic. To address these, it is necessary to establish mechanisms based on three core logics: a “role–cognition” mechanism to enhance teachers’ subjectivity, a “structure–function” mechanism to improve the training system, and a “scenario–coordination” mechanism to strengthen institutional guarantees. Solving these problems is of great significance to the connotative development of ideological and political education in postgraduate courses.
