Comprehensively
promoting the "ideological and political education" for postgraduate
students is a strategic measure for universities to implement the fundamental
task of fostering virtue through education in the new era. At present, the
construction of " ideological and political education" for
postgraduate students faces three major challenges— cognitive, structural, and
systemic. To address these, it is necessary to establish mechanisms based on
three core logics: a “role–cognition” mechanism to enhance teachers’
subjectivity, a “structure–function” mechanism to improve the training system,
and a “scenario–coordination” mechanism to strengthen institutional guarantees.
Solving these problems is of great significance to the connotative development
of ideological and political education in postgraduate courses.
