摘要

在循环经济的背景下，塑料生产加工行业所面临的主要问题包括废塑料回收体系的完善和生产企业监管体系的建立。鉴于塑料对环境造成的危害日益严重，社会对减少塑料污染、促进塑料循环利用和寻找替代材料的需求也愈发迫切。为了实现可持续发展，塑料行业需要进行一系列的转型。为此，我们需要深入研究并开发新技术、新材料，利用信息技术优化废塑料回收利用体系。同时，我们还应进一步细化塑料生产监督管理制度，以促进塑料生产加工业的循环发展。通过这些措施，我们有望成功应对塑料生产加工行业所面临的挑战，推动行业的持续健康发展。

Abstract

In the context of circular economy, the main problems faced by the plastic production and processing industry include the improvement of the waste plastic recycling system and the establishment of the supervision system of production enterprises. Given the increasing harm of plastic to the environment, there is an increasingly urgent need to reduce plastic pollution, promote the recycling of plastic and find alternative materials. To achieve sustainability, the plastics industry needs to undergo a series of transformations. Therefore, we need to deeply study and develop new technologies and new materials, and use information technology to optimize the waste plastic recycling system. At the same time, we should also further refine the supervision and management system of plastic production to promote the circular development of plastic production and processing industry. Through these measures, we are expected to successfully meet the challenges faced by the plastic production and processing industry and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the industry.
