摘要

钙钛矿发光二极管是被科研人员重点研究的显示二极管。作为最有希望取代传统有机发光二极管和量子点发光二极管的新型显示技术,钙钛矿发光二极管的发展速度十分迅速。但是蓝光发光二极管的发展仍然相对滞后。因此,钙钛矿蓝光二极管的效率高低决定了钙钛矿发光二极管能不能商业化从而取代传统显示技术。在论文对DJ相准二维钙钛矿进行了掺杂。通过适用氨基磺酸类配体的掺杂,我们实现了对钙钛矿光学性能、电学性能的综合提升。相较于原对照组,掺杂后的钙钛矿薄膜性能优异,这项工作为高性能钙钛矿发光二极管的优化提供了思路。

Abstract

Perovskite light-emitting diodes are display diodes that have been the focus of research by researchers. As the most promising new display technology to replace traditional organic light-emitting diodes and quantum dot light-emitting diodes, the development speed of perovskite light-emitting diodes is very rapid. However, the development of blue light-emitting diodes is still relatively lagging behind. Therefore, the efficiency of perovskite blue light-emitting diodes determines whether they can be commercialized to replace traditional display technologies. In this paper, DJ phase quasi two-dimensional perovskite was doped. By doping with amino sulfonic acid ligands, we have achieved a comprehensive improvement in the optical and electrical properties of perovskite. Compared to the original control group, the doped perovskite thin film exhibits excellent performance, providing ideas for the optimization of high-performance perovskite light-emitting diodes.
