利用新型材料改善土木工程工艺与施工质量
Improve the Technology and Construction Quality of Civil Engineering by Using New Materials
本研究针对土木工程领域常见的一些工程质量问题,引入新型材料进行改善研究。论文中,我们选取了三种不同类别的新型材料进行实验对比,分别是高性能水泥基材料,自修复混凝土,以及纳米复合材料。通过大量实验室检测和现场试用,对比分析了新型材料对工艺流程、施工速度以及工程终极质量的影响。研究发现,这些新型材料在改善沉陷、裂缝、渗漏等常见质量问题方面表现出了明显优势,其中纳米复合材料在强度和耐久性方面的表现尤为出色。研究结果表明,利用新型材料能够有效改善土木工程的施工质量,提高工程的耐久性和降低维护成本,对土木工程领域能给出一种新的改进方向。
This study aims at some common engineering quality problems in the field of civil engineering, and introduces new materials to improve the research. In this paper, we selected three different types of new materials for experimental comparison, namely, high-performance cement-based materials, self-healing concrete, and nanocomposite materials. Through a large number of laboratory tests and field trials, the influence of new materials on the process flow, construction speed and ultimate quality of the project is compared and analyzed. The study found that these new materials showed obvious advantages in improving common quality problems such as subsidence, cracks, and leaks, with nanocomposites performing particularly well in terms of strength and durability. The research results show that the use of new materials can effectively improve the construction quality of civil engineering, improve the durability of the project and reduce the maintenance cost, and give a new direction for the field of civil engineering.
