金属材料腐蚀及表面处理工艺研究

金属材料在使用过程中会出现腐蚀和磨损等耗损情况,其中腐蚀机理主要包括化学腐蚀、物理腐蚀和电化学腐蚀,呈现出了多种腐蚀类型。为了确保金属材料能够长久地使用有效,应对各种环境条件需要进行表面处理,提高材料性能。因此,随着技术水平不断提升,表面处理工艺也在不断优化升级,为金属材料的使用和发展提供一定助力。开展论文的研究工作主要分析金属材料腐蚀机理和腐蚀类型,探究所应用到的表面处理工艺,以期能够为金属材料的使用提供参考。
