中国上海地区商品砂浆无损检测技术探讨

上海市现场检测商品砌筑砂浆抗压强度主要有贯入法及回弹法。这两种检测方法提出了贯入值md或回弹值Rm与商品砂浆强度之间的相关关系。论文借鉴混凝土超声回弹综合法f-v-R检测技术,提出了将贯入法和回弹法结合起来,利用1stOpt数据拟合软件模拟分析f-md-Rm测强曲线,它能够较好地描述商品砂浆的贯入值md、回弹值Rm和抗压强度值之间的关系,与传统的f-md或f-Rm测强曲线检测方法单一、数据误差较大相比,这种新模型的提出,在实际的检测中可能更加接近商品砂浆的实际强度。
The compressive strength of commercial masonry mortar in Shanghai mainly includes penetration method and rebound method. These two detection methods propose a correlation between the penetration value md or the rebound value Rm and the strength of commercial mortar. This paper uses the concrete ultrasonic rebound synthesis method f-v-R detection technology, combining the penetration method and the 1stOpt data fitting software simulation analysis 1stOpt strength measurement curve, it can better describe the penetration value f-md-Rm, the rebound value md and compressive strength value Rm, compared with the traditional f-md or f-Rm strength measurement curve detection method is single, this new model may be closer to the actual strength of commercial mortar in the actual detection.
