高强度直流变压器拉板制造工艺研发
Development of manufacturing process for high strength AC adapter
大型电力变压器器身重达几百吨,夹件及拉板则是这几百吨重器身的骨骼,起到支撑保护作用。夹件厚重,强度方面可以通过提高板厚来保障;但由于结构及尺寸的限制,拉板则不能像夹件那样在厚度上有足够的裕度,在频繁的器身起吊过程中,又薄又窄的拉板成了整个受力的关键点、薄弱点;进而拉板的强度成为至关重要的一个环节。本文介绍了针对特高压直流变压器器身总装中所需的高强度拉板的制造研发过程,文中重点从中国国产化钢材的选择、焊接工艺的研发两方面展开,将研发过程中的两大攻关要点进行了详细的分析与阐述。

But because of the limitation of the structure and size, the pull plate can not have enough margin in the thickness as the clamp, the thin and narrow tension plate becomes the key point, the weak point of the whole force, and the strength of the tension plate becomes a crucial link. This paper describes the manufacturing and development process of high strength AC adapter plates for UHV body assembly, focusing on the selection of chinese-made steel and the development of welding technology, two key points in the R & D process are analyzed and elaborated in detail.
