摘要
本论文主要涵盖了纤维增强复合材料表面防护涂层的相关研究。首先,通过探讨各种可能产生破坏的环境因素,如强氧化环境,高温与摩擦,阐述了防护涂层的必要性。然后,介绍了各种涂层的生产工艺以及其在保护材料内在结构、防止环境因素侵蚀、改善材料外观等方面的应用。最后,通过实例展示了各种涂层在实际应用中的具体效果,并对未来可能的研究方向进行了预测。研究结果表明,适当的防护涂层能有效增强复合材料的表面性能,降低环境因素对其的影响,进而提高材料的使用寿命。通过深入研究和开发,填充剂和涂层技术在未来应对更严苛环境的挑战中将发挥越来越重要的作用。
Abstract
This paper mainly covers the related research of the surface protective coating of fiber reinforced composite materials. Firstly, the necessity of protective coating is explained by exploring various environmental factors such as strong oxidation environment, high temperature and friction. Then, the production process of various coatings and their application in protecting the intrinsic structure of materials, preventing environmental erosion and improving the appearance of materials. Finally, we show the specific effects of various coatings in practical applications, and the possible future research directions are predicted. The results show that the appropriate protective coating can effectively enhance the surface properties of composite materials, reduce the influence of environmental factors, and then improve the service life of the material. Through intensive research and development, filler and coating technologies will play an increasingly important role in addressing the challenges of more er environments in the future.
