FPSO建造过程中双相不锈钢材料焊接性能及应用实践
Welding performance and application practice of duplex stainless steel material in FPSO construction process
随着海洋油气资源的开发利用,FPSO的建造质量与服役寿命直接关系到油气开采的经济性与安全性。由于其高酸性、高腐蚀性的工作环境中,具有良好耐腐蚀、高强度和可焊接性的双相不锈钢材料被广泛应用到建造FPSO中。但双相不锈钢焊接过程复杂,其焊接性能及工程应用面临诸多挑战。因此,开展FPSO建造用双相不锈钢焊接特性及其应用实践研究,对提高FPSO建造质量和运行效率,降低安全风险、降低维修费用具有重要意义。
With the development and utilization of offshore oil and gas resources, the construction quality and service life of FPSO are directly related to the economy and safety of oil and gas exploitation. Due to its high acidity and high corrosive working environment, duplex stainless steel materials with good corrosion resistance, high strength and weldability are widely used in the construction of FPSO. However, the welding process of duplex stainless steel is complex, and its welding performance and engineering application face many challenges. Therefore, it is of great significance to carry out research on the welding characteristics and application practice of duplex stainless steel for FPSO construction to improve the construction quality and operation efficiency of FPSO, reduce safety risks and reduce maintenance costs.
