摘要

棉花秸秆含有大量的木质素,在一定程度上可以用来进行可降解地膜的开发。基于低共熔溶剂(DES)分离木质素被认为是绿色环保的方法,本实验通过制备性能优异的功能性低共熔溶剂,然后寻求木质素提取率最高的预处理条件,同时利用超声辅助以回收高质量的木质素,最后利用溶液共混法制备木质素/聚乙烯醇复合膜,并对其进行性能表征。本实验将生物质废弃物制成农用地膜不仅解决了环境污染问题,又能实现木质素的高值转化,可极大解决废弃物处理问题,减少白色污染,促进农业可持续发展。

Abstract

Cotton straw contains a high amount of lignin. which can be utilized to some extent for the development of biodegradable mulch films. The separation of lignin using deep eutectic solvents (DES) is considered an environmentally friendly method. This experiment involved the preparation of high-performance functional deep eutectic solvents, followed by the exploration of pretreatment conditions that maximize lignin extraction yield. Ultrasonic-assisted techniques were employed to recover high-quality lignin. Finally, lignin/polyvinyl alcohol composite films were prepared via the solution blending method, and their properties were characterized. Converting biomass waste into agricultural mulch films through this approach not only addresses environmental pollution issues but also enables the high-value conversion of lignin. This method can significantly resolve waste disposal challenges, reduce white pollution, and promote sustainable agricultural development.
