摘要

指纹作为证据之首,在现场勘察和物证鉴定领域有着十分重要的作用。在同一认定中,指纹也是十分重要的身份识别依据。本文在前期研究的基础上开发了一种以查尔酮染料为核心的有机荧光物质,利用其聚集诱导发光(Aggregation-induced emission,AIE)特性与激发态分子内质子转移(Excited-State Intramolecular Proton Transfer, ESIPT)特性显现潜指纹,重点考察了查尔酮衍生物与二氧化硅微粒的混合粉末对多种客体上潜指纹、残缺指纹的刷显效果。研究表明,使用这种混合荧光粉末刷显的潜指纹,能获取高质量的指纹荧光成像图像。因此,该材料在公安部门物证鉴定方面具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract

Fingerprints, as the primary form of evidence, play a very important role in on-site investigation and physical evidence identification. In the establishing identity, fingerprints are also a very important basis for identity verification. Based on our previous research, this paper developed the chalcone dye as the core, and utilized its aggregation-induced emission (AIE) characteristics and the excited-state intramolecular proton transfer (ESIPT) characteristics to visualize the latent fingerprints. The brushing effect of the mixed powder of chalcone derivatives and silica particles on complete or incomplete fingerprints on various objects was mainly investigated. The results showed that using this hybrid fluorescent powder brushing to display latent fingerprints can obtain high-quality fluorescent fingerprint images. Therefore, this material has broad application prospects in the field of physical evidence identification in public security departments.
