高性能混凝土外观质量的影响因素研究
Study on Influencing Factors of Appearance Quality of High Performance Concrete
高性能混凝土(HPC)作为现代建筑中的重要材料,其外观质量不仅影响着建筑的视觉效果,也直接关系到其耐久性和使用寿命。本文在固定水胶比、振捣工艺及拍摄条件下,研究了浆体体积、矿物掺合料掺量、引气剂和消泡剂复掺、脱模剂等对高性能混凝土外观质量的影响。结果表明,适宜的浆体体积和矿物掺合料掺量能提高混凝土的工作性能,引气剂和消泡剂复掺能优化混凝土中的气泡结构,降低硬化混凝土气泡间距系数和平均孔径,使用水性脱模剂能有效改善高性能混凝土外观质量。
High performance concrete (HPC) as an important material in modern architecture, its appearance quality not only affects the visual effect of the building, but also directly related to its durability and service life. In this paper, the effects of slurry volume, mineral admixture amount, air entraining agent, defoaming agent and release agent on the appearance quality of high performance concrete were studied under the fixed water-binder ratio, vibration technology and shooting conditions. The results show that suitable slurry volume and mineral admixture content can improve the working performance of concrete, the mixture of air entraining agent and defoamer can optimize the bubble structure in concrete, reduce the bubble spacing coefficient and average pore diameter of hardened concrete, and the use of water-based release agent can effectively improve the appearance quality of HPC.
