摘要

电解铝生产中,铝电解槽、整流柜等关键设备的稳定运维是保障生产连续性、控制运维成本的核心。当前,电解铝关键设备运维存在运维管理体系不完善、设备状态监测精度不足、运维人员专业能力欠缺、备件管理不规范等问题,严重制约运维效能提升。本文针对上述问题,结合电解铝生产实际,针对性提出完善运维管理体系、优化设备状态监测体系、强化运维人员培训、规范备件全流程管理的提升策略,希望为电解铝企业关键设备运维提供实践参考,助力降低设备故障率、控制运维成本,保障生产稳定高效运行。

Abstract

In the production of electrolytic aluminum, the stable operation and maintenance of key equipment such as aluminum electrolytic cells and rectifier cabinets are crucial for ensuring production continuity and controlling maintenance costs. Currently, there are problems such as incomplete operation and maintenance management systems, insufficient accuracy of equipment status monitoring, lack of professional capabilities of maintenance personnel, and non-standard management of spare parts, which seriously restrict the improvement of maintenance efficiency. This paper addresses these issues, combined with the actual production of electrolytic aluminum, and proposes targeted improvement strategies such as improving the operation and maintenance management system, optimizing the equipment status monitoring system, strengthening the training of maintenance personnel, and standardizing the entire process management of spare parts. It is hoped that these strategies can provide practical references for the operation and maintenance of key equipment in electrolytic aluminum enterprises, help reduce equipment failure rates, control maintenance costs, and ensure stable and efficient production.
