摘要
目的:本文以压花纸巾为研究对象,围绕压花工艺对纸巾物理性能检测结果的影响展开探究,选取横向吸液高度、纵向抗张强度与D65亮度作为核心检测指标,对比分析压花与非压花区域的性能检测差异,以期为优化纸巾物理性能检测方法、提升检测结果精准度提供参考依据。结果:横向吸液高度值提升,样品1与样品3分别从90 mm/100 s、94 mm/100 s提升至103 mm/100 s、100 mm/100 s;纵向抗张强度出现下降趋势,样品1的抗张强度从405 N/m降至365 N/m,样品2从476 N/m降至441 N/m;此外,三个样品的D65亮度均呈现下降趋势。结论:压花工艺对纸巾的横向吸液高度、横向抗张强度及D65亮度等核心物理性能具有显著影响,且对不同性能的作用方向存在差异。
Abstract
Objective:This study focuses on embossed tissue paper and investigates the impact of the embossing process on the test results of the tissue’s physical properties. Transverse liquid absorption height, longitudinal tensile strength, and D65 brightness were selected as key testing indicators. The study compares and analyzes the differences in performance between embossed and non-embossed areas, with the aim of providing a reference for optimizing tissue physical property testing methods and improving the accuracy of test results. Results: The transverse liquid absorption height values increased, with Sample 1 and Sample 3 rising from 90 mm/100 s and 94 mm/100 s to 103 mm/100 s and 100 mm/100 s, respectively; Longitudinal tensile strength showed a downward trend, with Sample 1 decreasing from 405 N/m to 365 N/m and Sample 2 from 476 N/m to 441 N/m; additionally, the D65 brightness of all three samples exhibited a downward trend. Conclusion:The embossing process has a significant impact on the core physical properties of tissue paper, including transverse liquid absorption height, transverse tensile strength, and D65 brightness, and the direction of this effect varies across different properties.
