摘要

聚丙烯材料由于密度小、加工性能好、力学性能好、价格便宜等优点,在汽车外部装饰件、建筑工程材料、户外包装制品等许多工业中得到了广泛的应用。但是由于该聚合物分子主链上含有大量的叔碳原子,所以它在紫外辐射、热氧和湿气等条件下化学稳定性较差。因此,本文用受阻胺类光稳定剂和苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂进行协同复配,制备出具有多种防护功能的聚丙烯复合材料体系,以期给高性能、低成本耐候聚丙烯材料的开发提供理论依据和技术途径。

Abstract

Polypropylene (PP) materials have been widely used in all kinds of places for industry, such as car exterior decoration parts, construction materials and outdoor packaging, because they are light-weight, easy to process, have good mechanical properties and are economically favorable. However, due to the numerous tertiary carbon atoms in the main chain of this polymer molecule, it has poor chemical stability under ultraviolet light, thermo-oxidation and moisture. Based on the above analysis, in this paper, we will use a synergistic compounding strategy of hindered amine light stabilizers and benzotriazole ultraviolet absorbers to create a polypropylene composite material system with multiple protective functions and provide theoretical support and a technical path for the development of high-performance, low-cost weather-resistant polypropylene materials.
