公路桥梁工程造价动态管控方法研究

Research on Dynamic Cost Control Method for Highway Bridge Engineering

摘要

围绕公路桥梁工程投资规模大、建设周期长及造价波动因素复杂的特点，针对传统造价管理静态化与滞后性问题，系统梳 理工程造价动态管控的关键逻辑与实现路径。从造价形成机理与影响因素入手，分析设计变更、材料价格波动及施工组织 调整对成本的传导作用，构建覆盖决策、设计、招标及施工全过程的动态管控框架。在此基础上，结合数据监测、偏差识 别与实时反馈机制，提出造价动态监测、预警与调整方法，并引入信息化与数字化技术实现全过程数据集成与协同管理。 通过强化动态纠偏与过程控制能力，有助于提升工程造价管控的精细化与前瞻性水平，为公路桥梁工程投资效益提升提供 系统化技术支撑。

Abstract

Focusing on the characteristics of large investment scale,long construction period,and complex cost fluctuation factors in highway and bridge engineering,this study systematically analyzes the key logic and implementation pathways of dynamic cost control in response to the static and lagging nature of traditional cost management.Starting from the cost formation mechanism and influencing factors,it examines the transmission effects of design changes,material price fluctuations,and adjustments in construction organization on project costs,and constructs a dynamic control framework covering the entire process of decision-making,design,bidding,and construction.On this basis,by integrating data monitoring,deviation identification,and real-time feedback mechanisms,methods for dynamic cost monitoring,early warning,and adjustment are proposed.Meanwhile,information and digital technologies are introduced to achieve full-process data integration and collaborative management.By strengthening dynamic correction and process control capabilities,this approach effectively enhances the refinement and forward-looking level of project cost management,providing systematic technical support for improving investment efficiency in highway and bridge engineering.
