Research on the Artistic Transformation of Smart Public Facilities from the Perspective of Cultural Context Inheritance

摘要

在智慧城市建设浪潮中，城市公共设施面临同质化与文化身份消逝的双重挑战。本研究以南宁市为案例，构建"物理-非物 理"文脉双维转译框架，提出"文化IP引领-智慧平台支撑-场景化营造"三位一体的总体策略，并针对五类核心设施提出模块 化设计策略，建立C-E-G-T绩效评估体系。本研究旨在为南宁乃至同类型城市在智慧化进程中，实现公共设施从“功能构 件”向“文化名片”与“智慧终端”的转型提供理论参考与实践指南。

Abstract

In the wave of smart city construction, urban public facilities are facing the dual challenges of homogenization and the disappearance of cultural identity. Taking Nanning City as a case study, this research constructs a “physical-non-physical” cultural context dual- dimensional translation framework, proposes a three-in-one overall strategy of “cultural IP leadership - smart platform support - scene-based creation”, and puts forward modular design strategies for five core facilities. It also establishes a C-E-G-T performance evaluation system. This research aims to provide theoretical references and practical guidelines for the transformation of public facilities from “functional components” to “cultural business cards” and “smart terminals” in the process of smart city construction in Nanning and similar cities.
