摘要

在交通基础设施不断完善升级，路网运行效率持续优化的背景下，高速公路改扩建工程已成为缓解交通拥堵，提升通行能 力和适应区域交通需求增长的核心举措。施工期间交通组织方案的科学选取，直接关系到工程施工安全和路段通行效率、 区域路网稳定性及公众出行体验，是确保高速公路改扩建项目顺利推进的关键环节。本文基于高速公路改扩建工程的实施 特点，系统梳理了一下交通组织模式的类型，剖析了交通组织选择的核心影响因素。

Abstract

Against the backdrop of continuously improving traffic infrastructure and the ongoing optimization of road network operation efficiency, expressway expansion and reconstruction projects have become a central measure to alleviate traffic congestion, enhance traffic capacity, and meet the growing regional traffic demand. The scientific selection of traffic management plans during construction is directly related to construction safety, road section traffic efficiency, regional network stability, and public travel experience, and is a key part of ensuring the smooth advancement of expressway expansion and reconstruction projects. Based on the implementation characteristics of expressway expansion and reconstruction projects, this paper systematically reviews the types of traffic management modes and analyzes the core factors influencing traffic management selection.
