新时代背景下淮安铁路货运体系 SWOT 分析及发展路径 研究

Study on SWOT Analysis and Development Path of Huai’an Railway Freight System in the Context of the New Era

摘要

本文以加快淮安铁路货运发展为目标，运用SWOT方法分析淮安铁路运输面临的机遇与威胁，以及内部存在的主要优势和 劣势，初步研究并提出淮安铁路货运体系发展路径，为淮安市铁路货运发展实现绿色低碳提供理论支撑合决策参考。

Abstract

Starting from the goal of accelerating the development of Huai’an railway freight transport, this paper uses the SWOT method to analyze the opportunities and threats faced by Huai’an railway transport, as well as the main internal strengths and weaknesses, and preliminarily proposes the development path of Huai’an railway freight system through research. This provides theoretical support and decision-making reference for the green and low-carbon development of railway logistics in Huaian City.
