机械设计制造技术在户外灯具制造中的应用

摘要

随着城市建设的发展，对室外灯具需求越来越多，在室外灯具的应用中，其性能及寿命具有较高的要求，并在灯具的设计制作环节应用机械设备设计制造技术，能够显著提升灯具安全性、寿命、亮度及美观度。本文就机械设备设计制造技术在室外灯具设计制作过程中的应用进行分析探究。本文先阐述了机械设计制造技术对于提高户外灯具质量的影响因素有哪些，在此基础上讨论了机械设计制造技术应用于设计阶段以及制作过程中的一些方法和技术，并提出一些优化对策。笔者通过对现有机械设计制造技术进行总结归纳，为今后户外灯具的发展和创新提供一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract

With the advancement of urban development, the demand for outdoor lighting fixtures has been increasing. In their application, these fixtures require high performance and longevity. The integration of mechanical design and manufacturing technologies in the design and production process can significantly enhance the safety, lifespan, brightness, and aesthetic appeal of the fixtures. This paper analyzes the application of mechanical design and manufacturing technologies in the design and production of outdoor lighting fixtures. It first elucidates the key factors influencing the quality of outdoor lighting fixtures through mechanical design and manufacturing technologies. Based on this, the paper discusses methods and techniques for applying these technologies during the design phase and production process, while proposing optimization strategies. By summarizing existing mechanical design and manufacturing technologies, the author aims to provide valuable insights for the future development and innovation of outdoor lighting fixtures.
