摘要

河流是人类赖以生存和发展的重要资源之一，发挥着供水、灌溉、航运、旅游等多种功能。为了保护河流生态环境,维护河流的可持续利用,各国都高度重视河道的管理和保护工作。在当前全球环境问题日益严峻的背景下，河流作为自然界的重要组成部分，不仅承担着滋养万物、维持生态平衡的重要角色，更是人类社会赖以生存和发展的基础资源。

Abstract

Rivers stand as vital resources sustaining human survival and development, serving multiple functions including water supply, irrigation, navigation, and tourism. To protect river ecosystems and ensure sustainable utilization, countries worldwide prioritize river management and conservation. In the face of escalating global environmental challenges, rivers - as crucial components of nature - not only nourish all living beings and maintain ecological balance, but also form the fundamental resource upon which human society depends for survival and progress.
