火电厂煤质采样误差分析及其控制策略
Error Analysis and Control Strategy of Coal Quality Sampling in Thermal Power Plant
火电厂燃料管理以入厂煤与入炉煤为对象,煤质检验的起点是采样。煤在运输、卸料、堆取和上煤过程中容易出现粒度分层与水分迁移,单靠化验精度并不能保证结果可靠。煤质采样误差是指煤样测定值与该批煤真实值之间的偏离,既包括随机波动,也包括由取样位置、截取方式等引入的系统性偏移。依据商品煤人工采样与机械化采样相关标准,采样方案应围绕代表性、精密度与偏移控制展开。本文结合火电厂常见来煤形态,分析误差来源并提出控制策略。
Fuel management in thermal power plants primarily focuses on both incoming coal and furnace coal, with sampling serving as the foundation for coal quality assessment. During transportation, unloading, storage, and loading processes, coal is prone to particle size stratification and moisture migration, making laboratory accuracy alone insufficient to ensure reliable results. Coal quality sampling error refers to the discrepancy between measured values and actual values of a coal batch, encompassing both random fluctuations and systematic deviations caused by sampling locations or methods. In accordance with standards for manual and mechanized sampling of commercial coal, sampling protocols should emphasize representativeness, precision, and error control. This paper analyzes common coal arrivals in thermal power plants, identifies error sources, and proposes control strategies.
