摘要
为解决老旧小区电网设备陈旧、供电能力不够、安全隐患等问题,本文以某城市核心区老旧小区电网升级项目为例,围绕新型配电设备选型、适配性设计、电气系统优化以及经济性分析展开研究,提出针对老旧小区电网升级的设备适配方案及实施路径。对传统设备和新型设备的性能参数、安装条件及投资回报展开对比,证实了新型配电设备在供电可靠度、节能效率和全生命周期成本上的优势。运用新型配电设备后,小区供电可靠率升至99.97%,线损率降低幅度达32.6%,全生命周期成本降低28.3%,给出了老旧小区电网升级的技术可行、经济合理方案。
Abstract
To address challenges including outdated power grid equipment, insufficient supply capacity, and safety hazards in old residential communities, this study examines a grid upgrade project in a city’s core area. Through research on new distribution equipment selection, compatibility design, electrical system optimization, and cost-effectiveness analysis, the paper proposes tailored equipment adaptation solutions and implementation pathways. Comparative analysis of traditional versus new equipment demonstrates superior performance parameters, installation conditions, and ROI, with new systems achieving 99.97% power supply reliability, 32.6% reduction in line loss rates, and 28.3% decrease in lifecycle costs. The study presents a technically feasible and economically sound approach for upgrading aging residential community power grids.
