新电改下供电公司参与电力市场的交易机制与运营策略研究
Research on Trading Mechanism and Operation Strategy of Power Supply Company in Electricity Market under New Power Reform
新电改政策落实后,各大售电公司之间形成激烈的竞争局势,电力市场的交易机制打破了传统固定模式,供电公司的运行也与以前大不相同。对于供电公司而言,稳定的电力用户才是维持正常盈利的根本,而供电公司只有尊重用户并为其提供优质服务,帮助用户解决问题,才能避免用户流失,从而保持自身在电力市场中的影响力,确保供电公司在交易市场中的利益最大化。本文探讨新电改对供电公司交易机制的影响,并提出有效提升供电公司运营管理的策略。
The implementation of the new electricity reform policy has triggered intense competition among major power retailers, disrupting the traditional fixed transaction mechanisms in the electricity market and fundamentally altering the operational models of power supply companies. For power supply companies, stable electricity users remain the cornerstone of sustainable profitability. By respecting customers, delivering high-quality services, and resolving their issues, companies can prevent customer attrition, maintain their influence in the electricity market, and maximize their interests in the trading market. This paper examines the impact of the new electricity reform on the transaction mechanisms of power supply companies and proposes effective strategies to enhance their operational management.
