A Case of No-Ray Fault Repair for New Oriental 1000 FADR
新东方1000FA型DR机通过数字成像技术实现头颅、胸部、腹部、骨骼等多部位进行诊断检查,其运行可靠性对诊断结果质量具有直接影响。此次针对该设备在使用中出现的“无射线输出”故障,开展了系统诊断及维修实践的全流程工作。通过构建系统化故障树模型,将该故障顶层事件逐级拆解为控制系统、高压系统、射线管组件、平板探测器等子系统的潜在失效形式,最终精准定位故障成因。设备维修完成后,经验证,设备运行恢复正常。
The New Oriental 1000FADR X-ray detection equipment is a core piece of equipment in the field of industrial non-destructive testing. Its operational reliability has a direct and crucial impact on the safety of production operations and the quality of detection results. This study focused on the typical failure of “no X-ray output” that occurred after the equipment had been operating under high load for a long time. It conducted a comprehensive research on the diagnosis and maintenance practices of the entire process for this fault. Through the construction of a systematic fault tree model, the top event of this fault was gradually decomposed into potential failure forms of subsystems such as the high-voltage system, X-ray tube components, control system, and cooling system. Finally, the cause of the fault was accurately identified. After the equipment was repaired, it was verified that the operational stability of the equipment had significantly improved. This study aims to provide a reference for the stable operation of similar high-energy X-ray detection equipment.
