摘要

煤矿生产环境具有高危险性、强负荷波动、空间密闭等显著特点,机电设备作为煤炭开采、运输、通风、排水的核心载体,其调速控制的稳定性、精准性与节能性直接决定煤矿生产效率、作业安全与运营成本。传统煤矿机电设备多采用工频启动与固定转速运行模式,存在能耗偏高、机械冲击强烈、调速精度不足、维护成本高昂等突出问题,难以适配煤矿智能化、绿色化生产的发展需求。变频器作为一种基于电力电子技术与自动控制技术的新型调速设备,通过精准调节输出频率与电压,实现电机转速的无级平滑调控,兼具节能降耗、软启动保护、精准调速等多重优势,已逐步取代传统调速方式,广泛应用于煤矿各类机电设备的调速控制中。

Abstract

Coal mining environments are characterized by high-risk operations, intense load fluctuations, and enclosed spaces. As the core infrastructure for coal extraction, transportation, ventilation, and drainage systems, the stability, precision, and energy efficiency of electromechanical equipment directly determine production efficiency, operational safety, and cost-effectiveness. Traditional coal mine electromechanical systems predominantly employ power-frequency starting and fixed-speed operation modes, which suffer from excessive energy consumption, severe mechanical shocks, insufficient speed regulation accuracy, and high maintenance costs—issues that hinder their adaptation to the demands of intelligent and green coal mining. Frequency converters, as advanced speed regulation devices integrating power electronics and automatic control technologies, achieve stepless smooth motor speed control through precise frequency and voltage adjustment. These devices offer multiple advantages including energy conservation, soft-start protection, and precise speed regulation, gradually replacing traditional speed control methods and being widely adopted in various coal mine electromechanical systems.
