摘要

短波发射机是通信质量的关键保障,国内70%存量设备已运行超10年,存在能耗高、部件易老化、稳定性不足等问题。现有改造多局限于单一硬件替换,节能效果难以长效维持。针对这一痛点,本文结合某台150kW机型改造实践,构建“硬件升级+软件迭代+全生命周期管控”方案。通过氮化镓(GaN)器件替换等三大模块优化,搭配模糊PID算法调控与数据化管控平台,切实降低能耗、提升运行稳定性。方案突出软硬件协同与长效管控,经实践验证可行性强,为同类设备改造提供实操参考,助力行业绿色低碳发展。

Abstract

Shortwave transmitters are critical to communication quality assurance. In China, 70% of existing equipment has been in operation for over a decade, facing challenges such as high energy consumption, component aging, and insufficient stability. Current retrofitting efforts often focus on single hardware replacements, making it difficult to sustain long-term energy efficiency. To address this issue, this paper presents a “hardware upgrade + software iteration + full lifecycle management” solution based on the retrofitting of a 150kW model. Through three major module optimizations—including gallium nitride (GaN) device replacement—combined with fuzzy PID algorithm control and a data-driven management platform, the solution effectively reduces energy consumption and enhances operational stability. Emphasizing hardware-software synergy and long-term management, the approach has proven highly feasible in practice. It provides actionable references for similar equipment retrofits and supports the industry’s green and low-carbon development.
