基于大数据分析的消防监督执法规范化与效能提升路径研究
Research on Standardization and Efficiency Enhancement of Fire Supervision Enforcement Based on Big Data Analysis
针对基层消防监督执法在规范化水平与工作效能方面存在的标准不统一、信息分散、风险研判能力不足等问题,本文围绕大数据技术在消防监督执法中的应用开展研究,文章结合基层防火监督实践,梳理当前执法运行现状,分析数据资源整合、风险模型构建与智能监管机制建设的实现路径,探讨数据赋能背景下执法流程优化与绩效评价改进方式。研究表明,大数据分析能够提升风险识别精度,强化执法全过程留痕管理,促进执法尺度统一,增强监管的精准性与科学性。相关成果对推进消防监督执法规范化建设、提升基层治理能力具有现实参考价值,对构建智慧消防监管体系具有积极意义。
Addressing challenges in grassroots fire supervision enforcement such as inconsistent standards, fragmented information, and inadequate risk assessment capabilities, this study explores the application of big data technology in fire supervision enforcement. Drawing from practical fire prevention supervision experiences, the paper examines current enforcement operations, analyzes implementation pathways for data resource integration, risk model development, and intelligent supervision mechanisms, while discussing optimization of enforcement processes and performance evaluation improvements under data empowerment. The research demonstrates that big data analysis enhances risk identification accuracy, strengthens traceability management throughout enforcement procedures, promotes standardized enforcement criteria, and improves regulatory precision and scientific rigor. These findings provide practical references for advancing standardized fire supervision enforcement and enhancing grassroots governance capabilities, while offering significant implications for building a smart fire supervision system.
