摘要

本文以烟草物流设备管理为研究对象,系统剖析当前烟草物流设备管理的现实痛点与共性问题,结合行业数字化转型与设备更新换代的关键窗口期,阐述人工智能(AI)技术应用的理论依据、实践基础与时代契机。文章围绕预防性维护、精确诊断、精准管理三大核心方向,深入探讨AI在故障预警、智能分析、备件优化、安全管控等场景的价值功能,并拓展研究AI与智能物流装备、数字孪生、AR/VR、数字人等技术融合的应用前景,旨在构建数据驱动、智能协同、全生命周期覆盖的现代化设备管理体系,全面提升设备运行效率、可靠性与综合效益,为烟草物流高质量发展、降本增效与绿色低碳转型提供技术路径与实践参考。

Abstract

Taking tobacco logistics equipment management as the research object, this paper systematically analyzes the practical pain points and common problems in current tobacco logistics equipment management. Combined with the critical window period of industry digital transformation and equipment renewal, it expounds the theoretical basis, practical foundation and opportunity of applying artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Focusing on the three core directions of preventive maintenance, accurate diagnosis and precise management, this paper deeply discusses the value and functions of AI in fault early warning, intelligent analysis, spare parts optimization, safety control and other scenarios. It also expands the application prospect of the integration of AI with intelligent logistics equipment, digital twin, AR/VR, digital human and other technologies. The purpose is to build a modern equipment management system driven by data, intelligently coordinated and covering the whole life cycle, so as to comprehensively improve equipment operation efficiency, reliability and comprehensive benefits, and provide technical approaches and practical references for the high-quality development, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, as well as green and low-carbon transformation of tobacco logistics.
