Construction and Operation Mechanism of Technical Architecture of County-level Integrated Media Center under the Background of Smart Radio and Television Construction

摘要

在智慧广电建设持续推进与融媒体深度融合背景下，县级融媒体中心技术架构的科学搭建与高效运行已成为提升传播能力和公共服务水平的重要支撑。本文系统分析县级融媒体技术架构在内容生产、多平台分发、数据整合及网络安全等方面的关键构成与实现路径，并结合实际运行数据，对技术架构运行机制的构建与优化方向进行探讨。研究表明，通过推进采编流程智能化、多终端协同分发、数据平台与业务系统深度融合，以及完善技术运维与管理机制，可显著提升系统运行效率与稳定性，有效增强县级融媒体中心在融合传播环境下的技术支撑能力。

Abstract

Against the backdrop of advancing smart broadcasting infrastructure and deep media convergence, the scientific design and efficient operation of technical architectures for county-level media convergence centers have become crucial for enhancing communication capabilities and public service quality. This study systematically analyzes the key components and implementation pathways of county-level media convergence centers’ technical architectures in content production, multi-platform distribution, data integration, and cybersecurity. Based on operational data, it explores the development and optimization of technical architecture mechanisms. The research demonstrates that by implementing intelligent editorial workflows, multi-device collaborative distribution, deep integration of data platforms with business systems, and improved technical maintenance and management mechanisms, system efficiency and stability can be significantly enhanced, thereby strengthening the technical support capacity of county-level media convergence centers in the converged communication environment.
