摘要

矿山机电系统作为矿山生产的重要组成部分,其安全运行直接关系到矿山企业的安全与生产效益。随着矿山机电设备的复杂性与自动化程度的提升,安全风险识别与控制成为保障矿山安全生产的关键。本文主要探讨矿山机电系统在运行过程中面临的安全风险,分析了其特点与成因,并提出相应的风险评估与控制措施。通过对矿山机电系统安全风险的系统识别与评估,结合先进的技术与管理手段,采用科学的风险评估模型和控制措施,结合智能化技术与数据分析,能够有效提高矿山机电系统的安全性与可靠性,从而保障矿山生产的顺利进行。

Abstract

The electromechanical system of a mine is a crucial component of mining production,and its safe operation directly impacts the safety and production efficiency of mining enterprises.As the complexity and automation of mining electromechanical equipment increase,risk identification and control have become key to ensuring the safe production of mines.This paper primarily discusses the safety risks faced by mining electromechanical systems during operation,analyzing their characteristics and causes,and proposing corresponding risk assessment and control measures.By systematically identifying and assessing the safety risks of mining electromechanical systems,combined with advanced technologies and management methods,and applying scientific risk assessment models and control measures,along with intelligent technologies and data analysis,the safety and reliability of mining electromechanical systems can be effectively enhanced,ensuring the smooth operation of mining production.
