摘要
本文在煤炭行业转型升级的大背景下,以现场调研、理论分析和现场试验相结合的方式,对掘进效率的影响因素以及支护参数的优化途径进行研究。首先确定地质条件、掘进设备、施工工艺、人员管理这四个主要的影响因素,提出相应的提高措施;针对支护稳定性和经济性问题,改进支护参数,创建适合各种地质的联合支护体系,用现场试验检验方案的有效性。结果表明,优化后的方案可以大大提高掘进速度,提高支护稳定性,降低成本和安全风险,给煤矿高效安全施工提供理论和技术上的借鉴。
Abstract
In the context of the transformation and upgrading of the coal industry, this article combines on-site research, theoretical analysis, and on-site experiments to study the factors affecting excavation efficiency and the optimization methods of support parameters. Firstly, determine the four main influencing factors of geological conditions, excavation equipment, construction technology, and personnel management, and propose corresponding improvement measures; To address the issues of support stability and economy, improve support parameters, create a joint support system suitable for various geological conditions, and verify the effectiveness of the plan through on-site testing. The results show that the optimized scheme can greatly improve excavation speed, enhance support stability, reduce costs and safety risks, and provide theoretical and technical references for efficient and safe construction in coal mines.
