煤矿机械电气设备自动化调试技术的应用
Application of Automation Debugging Technology for Mechanical and Electrical Equipment in Coal Mines
随着煤矿行业智能化的不断推进,煤矿机械电气设备的自动化水平大幅提升,自动化调试技术的应用价值日益凸显。本文结合煤矿井下复杂的生产工况,阐述了自动化调试的核心技术,分析了采煤机、掘进机、带式输送机、矿井通风机及井下排水系统等自动化调试应用。在该基础上,探讨了调试过程中面临的通信干扰与数据丢包等关键问题,并提出了针对性的解决策略,以期为煤矿机械电气设备自动化调试工作提供借鉴与参考,助力煤矿行业实现智能化、安全化、高效化发展。
With the continuous advancement of intelligentization in the coal mining industry, the automation level of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mines has significantly improved, making the application value of automated commissioning technology increasingly prominent. This paper examines the core technologies of automated commissioning under complex underground production conditions, analyzing their applications in coal cutters, roadheaders, belt conveyors, mine ventilation systems, and underground drainage systems. Building on this foundation, it explores critical challenges such as communication interference and data packet loss during commissioning processes, proposing targeted solutions to provide reference for automated commissioning of coal mining equipment. These efforts aim to facilitate intelligent, safe, and efficient development in the coal mining sector.
