摘要
在国家的高度重视下,城市排水管网作为城市生命线的一个重要环节,其安全与效能提升被赋予了前所未有的战略意义。传统排水管网改造多采用沟槽开挖的施工方式,这种施工方式存在对环境的破坏严重、加剧交通拥堵、工期长、与其他管线的冲突风险高等弊端,基于某县中央路排水管网修复项目,从与传统施工方式优劣比选,热塑成型修复、紫外光固化修复、点状原位固化法三种主要修复工艺适用性对排水管网非开挖修复项目设计要点进行梳理论述。
Abstract
Under the national government’s high emphasis, urban drainage networks, as an important part of the urban lifeline, have been granted unprecedented strategic significance in terms of safety and efficiency improvement. Traditional drainage network renovation often adopts the trench excavation construction method, which has several drawbacks, including severe environmental damage, increased traffic congestion, long construction periods, and high risks of conflicts with other pipelines. Based on a drainage network repair project on Zhongxin Road in a certain county, this paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of traditional construction methods and discusses the applicability of three main non-excavation repair techniques: thermoplastic molding repair, ultraviolet light curing repair, and spot in-situ curing. The design key points for non-excavation repair projects in drainage networks are systematically reviewed.
