超级旋流器在前锋精煤公司选煤车间的应用实践
Practical Application of the Super Cyclone in the Coal Preparation Workshop of Qianfeng Fine Coal Company
针对前锋精煤公司选煤车间生产效率较低的问题,从工艺系统和设备等方面进行分析,主要原因为原煤含矸量较高,无压三产品重介旋流器的小时处理量是系统瓶颈。为此,前锋精煤公司选煤车间采用了1台S-3GHMC440/290/210H型超级重介旋流器替代原有的3NWX-1100/780A型三产品重介旋流器。实践证明,超级旋流器具有处理能力大、排矸能力强、节能效果明显等优点,经济效益良好,也为其他选煤厂的扩能改造提供了借鉴。
To address the low production efficiency in the coal preparation workshop of Qianfeng Fine Coal Company, an analysis was conducted from both process system and equipment perspectives. The primary cause was the high gangue content in the raw coal, with the hourly processing capacity of the non-pressurized three-product heavy media cyclone serving as the system bottleneck. Consequently, the workshop replaced the original 3NWX-1100/780A three-product heavy media cyclone with a single S-3GHMC440/290/210H super heavy media cyclone. Practical experience has demonstrated that the super cyclone offers advantages such as high processing capacity, robust gangue discharge capability, and significant energy savings, yielding favorable economic returns and providing a valuable reference for capacity expansion and retrofitting projects at other coal preparation plants.
