高职汽车智能技术专业人才培养模式研究——以遵义职院汽车工程学院为例
Research on the Talent Training Model for Intelligent Automotive Technology in Higher Vocational Education: A Case Study of the School of Automotive Engineering at Zunyi Vocational College
本文以遵义职业技术学院汽车工程学院汽车智能技术专业为例,分析了目前汽车智能技术专业人才培养模式的不足,探究了人才培养模式的课程设置、实践教学、校企联合培养、师资队伍建设等方面内容。以上人才培养模式的探索可有效提升高职汽车智能技术专业人才培养质量,以满足该行业对人才的需求,为职业院校汽车智能技术专业课程体系的设计提供借鉴。
Using the Automotive Intelligent Technology program at the School of Automotive Engineering, Zunyi Vocational and Technical College as a case study, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of current talent cultivation models in this field and examines key aspects such as curriculum design, practical teaching, industry-academia collaboration, and faculty development. These explorations can significantly enhance the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational automotive intelligent technology programs, meet industry demands for skilled professionals, and provide valuable insights for designing curriculum systems in vocational institutions.
