摘要
针对传统增材制造设备人工依赖度高、定制生产流程不闭环、场景适配性差的行业痛点,本文基于授权发明专利《3D打印产品自动售卖机》及3项配套实用新型专利,研发集人机交互、自适应切片、精密成型、自动化后处理、远程运维于一体的3D打印自动售卖机一体化系统。阐述设备整体架构、技术性能验证,结果表明该系统成型尺寸精度可控制在±0.05mm以内,72h无人值守打印合格率达98.2%,生产效率较传统设备提升60%以上。本文重点围绕该技术成果开展分场景试点测试验证,构建体系化的应用推广路径,明确所有性能数据均为实验室样机测试结果,暂未开展量产工艺验证,不具备量产条件,为增材制造技术的产业化探索与职业教育教学转化提供学术参考与实践方案。
Abstract
Addressing industry challenges such as high reliance on manual operation, non-closed-loop customization processes, and poor scenario adaptability in traditional additive manufacturing equipment, this paper develops an integrated 3D printing vending machine system based on the authorized invention patent “3D Printing Product Vending Machine” and three supporting utility model patents. The system combines human-machine interaction, adaptive slicing, precision molding, automated post-processing, and remote maintenance. The paper details the overall equipment architecture and technical performance verification, demonstrating that the dimensional accuracy can be controlled within ±0.05 mm, with a 98.2% qualification rate for unmanned printing within 72 hours and a production efficiency improvement of over 60% compared to traditional equipment. Focusing on this technological achievement, the study conducts scenario-specific pilot tests, establishes a systematic application promotion pathway, and clarifies that all performance data are derived from laboratory prototype testing. Mass production process validation has not yet been conducted, and the system is not yet ready for commercialization. This work provides academic references and practical solutions for advancing the industrialization of additive manufacturing technology and its integration into vocational education.
