摘要

随着城市化进程的不断加快,市政道路工程作为城市基础设施的重要组成部分,其施工质量、效率及环保性能直接关系到城市运行的顺畅度与居民的生活质量。传统市政道路施工模式面临着工期紧张、环境污染大、资源消耗高及交通干扰严重等痛点。本文旨在探讨市政道路工程施工中的技术创新应用,重点分析装配式施工、BIM技术应用、绿色建材及智能化监测等关键技术的实践路径。通过构建工程效益分析模型,从经济效益、社会效益及环境效益三个维度对技术创新进行量化评估。研究表明,施工技术的创新应用能显著缩短工期约20%,降低施工成本15%,并有效减少扬尘与噪音污染。本文最后针对当前技术推广中存在的标准不统一、人才短缺等问题提出对策建议,以期为市政道路工程的高质量发展提供理论参考与实践指导。

Abstract

With the accelerating pace of urbanization, municipal road engineering, as a critical component of urban infrastructure, has its construction quality, efficiency, and environmental performance directly influencing urban operational efficiency and residents’ quality of life. Traditional municipal road construction models face significant challenges, including tight schedules, severe environmental pollution, high resource consumption, and substantial traffic disruption. This paper aims to explore the application of technological innovation in municipal road engineering construction, with a focus on analyzing the practical implementation pathways of key technologies such as prefabricated construction, Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology application, green building materials, and intelligent monitoring. By constructing an engineering benefit analysis model, this study quantitatively evaluates technological innovation from three dimensions: economic benefits, social benefits, and environmental benefits. Research results demonstrate that the innovative application of construction technologies can significantly shorten the construction period by approximately 20%, reduce construction costs by 15%, and effectively mitigate dust and noise pollution. Finally, this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions addressing current challenges in technology promotion, such as inconsistent standards and talent shortages, with the aim of providing theoretical references and practical guidance for the high-quality development of municipal road engineering.
