摘要

冶金类特种设备长时间处在高温、高载荷、强振动、伴有粉尘腐蚀且持续作业的环境之中,设备出现失效情况常常具备隐蔽性、突发性、连锁性等特征。传统的定期检验主要依靠停机检查、人工凭借经验来判断,很难全面了解设备在运行过程里的动态变化情况。嵌入式电子监测技术可以把传感器、数据采集、边缘计算、通信传输、状态评估模块集成在设备的关键部位,达成对温度、压力、振动、应变、位移、腐蚀、载荷等参数的实时感知。本文围绕冶金类特种设备在线检验的需求,剖析嵌入式电子监测技术的应用价值、关键内容、实施路径,期望能够提高检验精度、安全管理水平。

Abstract

Metallurgical special equipment operates continuously in environments characterized by high temperatures, heavy loads, intense vibrations, and dust-induced corrosion. Equipment failures often exhibit concealed onset, sudden occurrence, and chain reaction effects. Traditional periodic inspections rely primarily on shutdown-based checks and manual judgment based on experience, making it difficult to comprehensively monitor dynamic changes during operation. Embedded electronic monitoring technology integrates sensors, data acquisition systems, edge computing, communication modules, and condition assessment units at critical equipment locations, enabling real-time monitoring of parameters such as temperature, pressure, vibration, strain, displacement, corrosion, and load. This paper addresses the needs for online inspection of metallurgical special equipment by analyzing the application value, key components, and implementation approaches of embedded electronic monitoring technology, aiming to enhance inspection accuracy and safety management standards.
