摘要

伴随智慧工地建设不断推进,施工现场临时用电安全管理也由原来的靠着人工巡检向智能感知、实时监测、远程联动的方向发展。本文主要研究智慧工地施工用电安全监测设备的研发。以安科瑞ARCM620智能终端配电传感器为研发基础,使用多参数电力采集、边缘数据处理、RS485以及4G通信、云平台管理等技术,建立施工用电安全监测体系,实现状态监测、风险预警、故障联动、可视化管理。为智慧工地施工用电安全管理给予可靠的技术支撑,增加施工现场供电运行的安全性、稳定性、智能化水平。

Abstract

With the continuous advancement of smart construction site development, the safety management of temporary electricity use on construction sites is evolving from manual inspection to intelligent perception, real-time monitoring, and remote linkage. This paper focuses on the research and development of safety monitoring equipment for construction electricity use in smart construction sites. The system is developed based on the Acrel ARCM620 Intelligent Terminal Power Distribution Sensor, a commercially available and practically applied device. By integrating multi-parameter electrical data acquisition, edge data processing, RS485 and 4G communication, and cloud platform management technologies, a comprehensive construction electricity safety monitoring system is established, incorporating status monitoring, risk warning, fault linkage, and visualized management. The proposed system provides reliable technical support for the safety management of temporary electricity use on smart construction sites, further improving the safety, stability, and intelligence of construction site power supply operation.
