电气设备生产车间职业卫生风险识别及防护措施分析
Analysis of Occupational Health Risk Identification and Protective Measures in Electrical Equipment Production Workshops
电气设备的生产过程中车间工序复杂,设备众多,涉及各类零件、部件的加工,以及装配、焊接、喷漆和调试等工作,存在很多隐蔽性及经常性的职业卫生危害。与其他一般生产车间不同,该类作业场所不仅具有机械加工的特点,而且具备典型的电气作业和一定的化工辅助作业等性质,因此导致该类作业现场的职业有害因素多且混合多,容易被忽视。文章从实际出发,在对电气设备生产中的主要职业危害,如粉尘、化学毒物、噪声与振动、电磁辐射、高温以及人机关系等的危害进行了详细分析和产生原因及机理的论述的基础上,结合各企业的具体情况提出了具体的控制措施与办法,为企业加强职业卫生管理,防止员工职业性伤害,搞好安全生产起到了借鉴的作用。
The production process of electrical equipment involves complex workshop procedures, numerous devices, and various operations including component manufacturing, assembly, welding, painting, and debugging, posing significant hidden and recurrent occupational health hazards. Unlike conventional production workshops, these facilities combine characteristics of mechanical processing with typical electrical operations and auxiliary chemical processes, resulting in a diverse and complex mix of hazardous factors that are often overlooked. Based on practical observations, this study conducts a detailed analysis of major occupational hazards in electrical equipment production—including dust, chemical toxins, noise/vibration, electromagnetic radiation, high temperatures, and human-machine interactions—while examining their causes and mechanisms. Specific control measures are proposed tailored to each enterprise’s context, providing actionable recommendations for enhancing occupational health management, preventing worker injuries, and ensuring safe production practices.
