摘要
动力电池充放电测试系统是新能源汽车动力电池研发、生产检验、型式试验和寿命评价中的关键计量装备,输出与测量结果直接影响容量、能量效率、倍率性能、循环寿命和安全性能评价的准确性。随着动力电池向高电压、大电流、高倍率和长周期测试方向发展,传统仅针对单一电压或电流通道的校准方式已难以满足测试系统综合计量性能评价要求。本文研究认为,动力电池充放电测试系统校准应由静态点检向全量程、多工况、系统级评价转变,通过完善校准流程和质量控制机制,可提高测试数据的可比性、可靠性和工程应用价值。
Abstract
The power battery charging and discharging testing system is a key measuring equipment in the research and development, production inspection, type testing, and life evaluation of new energy vehicle power batteries. The output and measurement results directly affect the accuracy of capacity, energy efficiency, rate performance, cycle life, and safety performance evaluation. With the development of power batteries towards high voltage, high current, high rate, and long-term testing, traditional calibration methods that only focus on a single voltage or current channel are no longer sufficient to meet the comprehensive metrological performance evaluation requirements of testing systems. This study suggests that the calibration of power battery charging and discharging testing systems should shift from static point inspection to full-scale, multi condition, system level evaluation. By improving the calibration process and quality control mechanism, the comparability, reliability, and engineering application value of test data can be enhanced.
