摘要

燃煤机组利用热能是将煤炭中所存储的化学能高效率转化为热能,有效满足生产所需电能。热能利用主要强调热力学循环,并在循环过程中回收余热,提升综合生产效能。为保证燃煤机组高效率参与生产,提升热能利用效率,目前可采用的改造技术较多,主要围绕余热深度回收、热电联产升级等展开,技术改造方向广,改造内容灵活。文中着重讨论了燃煤机组热能利用效率主要提升指标,然后探析多点改造技术,最后对燃煤机组热能生产利用的未来发展前景进行展望。

Abstract

The utilization of thermal energy in coal-fired units involves efficiently converting the chemical energy stored in coal into thermal energy, effectively meeting the electricity required for production. Thermal energy utilization mainly emphasizes the thermodynamic cycle and recovers residual heat during the cycle to improve overall production efficiency. To ensure coal-fired units participate in production with high efficiency and enhance thermal energy utilization efficiency, there are currently various available modification technologies, mainly focusing on deep recovery of residual heat and upgrades in combined heat and power (CHP). The directions for technological transformation are broad, and the transformation content is flexible. This paper focuses on discussing the main indicators for improving thermal energy utilization efficiency of coal-fired units, then analyzes multi-point modification technologies, and finally provides a prospect for the future development of thermal energy production and utilization in coal-fired units.
